your booking becomes binding upon payment of a reservation fee (200 CHF) and receipt of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation
check-in and check-out | The apartments can be occupied from 3:30 PM on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 AM on the day of departure. On this day, you’re welcome to enjoy the Engadin a bit more and store your luggage with us.
to guarantee the tranquility of residents and guests, our apartments are not accessible to children under 16 years old.
our vacation apartments are non-smoking. We kindly ask you to enjoy your cigarette/cigar outside. Please arrive without pets.

- up to 30 days before the arrival date: no cancellation fee, the reservation fee will be retained
- between 29 days and 15 days before the arrival date: 40% cancellation fee of the total agreed price
- between 14 days and 7 days before the arrival date: 80% cancellation fee of the total agreed price
- less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total agreed price
- we kindly ask for your understanding that in case of a no-show, we will invoice 100% of the stay. In case of an early departure, we will also charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
